I was picking up my tv remote, and it has no back cover on it, and my fingers touched the batteries and it was hot, so i instantly dropped it and went to wash my hands. It burnt for a split second, but that's it. I'm worried and scared about this! is it harmful to touch it? is it lethal? will i be okay(i washed my hands about 2 or 3 times)? How can I properly dispose the remote and batteries?
