Cause of my sudden nausea?

I took a laxative the other night at around 11 and began going to the bathroom as soon as I woke up at around 11 in the morning. I obviously had been going a lot and disposed a lot of body fluids. Now I am very nauseous. Is it because I'm dehydrated or what? My eyes are irritated if that helps any.
