How can i hide my period on vacation?

I got my first period on June 1st 2011.I will not tell my parents.Its none of their business.But,in july were going on vacation to puerto rico.We will be swimming and in the hotel and everything.So how can i hide my period.Im going to have it while im there.Like where can i dispose of the pads when where in the hotel (im scared they will see it in the trash),what do i do whe we go to the beach? Sharks?!?! and where can i hide my pads other then my suitcase? Thanks.im 14.I only have a dad and stepmom and please dont tell me to tell them,its NONE of their bussiness and i can take care of it.Its my decission not your so please repect that.Just need some advice on this on what i can do to hide this.Thanks.
