How do I properly dispose of Household Chemicals in Ontario?

I am leaving the country and would like to know how to properly dispose of the leftover household chemicals that I have. I live in Ontario so I would like to know if there is a specific procedure to be followed or if there is a place I need to drop them off at. Thanks all!
