Does this soap work for your acne?

hi I'm 15 years old and i had acne ever since i was 12 and it has been extremely severe during those years but right now i guess it just cool down but i still get cysts or pimples if i don't keep my face clean so i was wondering if Dove or Olay body soap is good for my acne please help
