Infected or what? Please help.?

I recently got my dogs ear pierced. It has been 3 days since I pierced and now it's bleeding very badly. Do I take out the starter earrings or .. leave it alone? Is using Hydrogen Peroxide going to make it better? And also, I dyed my dogs fur a light pink, something like magenta. And now, the light pink is starting to fade off and turning back to its original colour. What do I do?!
