Please help I'm terrified!!!!?

When I'm not on my period I have some discharge... It's clear. Kinda like when you masturbate and that discharge comes out.. I also have have another question I think I have these reallllyyyyyyy tiny bumps by my vagina is this normal? I don't want to go to the doc and I'm not sexually active I don't shave that area I do put soap there I'm 12 please women only I'm terrified do I need to be scared?
