Please help me with my acne problem?

i have acne EVERYWHERE on my face, it's not on my back or shoulders or neck, JUST my face. I tried a lot of meds, i tried proactive, i tried the new proactive, i even tried the cream my doc gave me, i tried everything but i'm acne won't go away! it keeps coming back and most people call me "pimp face", i'm tired of people calling me that, i need a doctor or nurse to tell me what i can do. is there anything i can do without going out and buy more medicine? can i just use soap and water? if you have any other methods, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me, i reallyyyy want my acne to go away! i'm 15 and i've had acne since i was 11! I'm tired of having acne, all my other friends have clear skin, and i wish i had clear skin =(
