How often dispose monthly contact lenses when you don't wear them everyday?

So i have some contact lenses that are for 30 days. The thing is, I don't wear them every single day.. probably only 3-4 days a week. Does that mean I can keep the pair of contact lenses for almost 2 months? Or do i have to throw them out after 30 days, no matter how many times i've worn them?
