Omg HELP!!!!!! SKIN ISSUE!?

Ohkay so i had a pimple and i popped it, it got irritated and became a sore on my face. It semi-healed and a scab formed. Well 2 days ago the scab fell off and now there is a redish pinkish skin there. HOW DO I MAKE it heal faster or at least lighten up. I have been washing my face with soap, leaving neosporin on it but the neosporin hasnt helped it hasnt even lightened up the redness of it. WHAT should i put on it!! Tommarow is me and my boyfriends 9monts and i dont want him to see this red dot on my face. What would help to lighten the color? Ice doesnt help either and i dont have any ala vera or however you spell it so i need something either home remides or something im in a panic lol!
