Red dry and slightly swollen fore skin, how do i fix this?

i have masturbated recently using hand soap for the first time, while masturbating i had felt a little pain like stinging so i stopped, and washed off the soap. Today my foreskin is dry and red and appears to be a little bit swollen. How can i make this problem go away?
