What are some solutions for acne?

Okay im 16 and i have acne i had it since 6 grade. I was wondering what are some solutions to get rid of acne on my face,back, shoulders and chest. Cause i like to wear tank tops and tops with the back out but i cant cause its uncomfortable to me. I dont want people looking at my back and stuff and there pimples there. I have been using clean&clear, Ambi soap and wash, and julep mask. That stuff works a little for me it prevent bumps and clear up the new bumps, but i still have little bumps on my face,back,chest, and shoulders. And i have scars from popping bumps on my face. I want a clear face of acne thats the number one thing i want. I WASH my face 2 time a day and i drink water its helping but not alot i need some advice
